The 1 Day Shimba Hills Lodge safari begins with picking of guests ex hotels and drive to Shimba National reserve. Observe the flora and fauna of the tropical rainforest. Full morning game drive in the reserve with a visit to Sheldrick falls (optional) - go down the hill, 45 minutes gentle walk takes you to the breathtaking spectacular fall. Watch water splashing atop a cliff 30 meters high and the water forms a natural pool.
Drive through the park to Shimba Tree Lodge built on stilts, with walk ways above the ground, overlooking a waterhole visited by animals and salt lick in a forest glade. Settle for Lunch at the lodge followed by an afternoon game drive in the reserve before driving back the way you came and drop off at respective hotels.
